1966 Fender Telecaster

"Custom"

This Telecaster is a very fine and cool looking players guitar. The original body, pickguard and neck-pickup have been replaced by newer parts during the last 45 years through lots of modifications. Which is a shame! But the good news is that all the other parts of that gorgeous guitar are original: neck (has some overspray), tuners, neckplate, bridge, bridge-pickup, pots, switch and controlplate! The body is an alder body, at least 25 years old, with double binding in beautiful two-tone sunburst nitro finish, the guard is a newer creme pearl one and the neck pu a newer Fender reissue. The other good news is that you can get that cool beauty with lots of original '66 parts for the price of a CS reissue!
