Info about this rare thinline from the early 70s is very hard to find. It combines several features we know from lots of other Hofner models, like that special headstock inlay, the triple dot markers or the 511 single coil pickups. It seems that the preowner tried to clean the body with a wrong cleaner,  and maybe the neck has been reset, but all parts are original and it is a really great players guitar! No case.
