These awesome Strats have become very hard to find since Fender discontinued the line in 2000. And being a Bonnie Raitt model, the guitar is naturally ideal for blues. As well as the great pickups, several other aspects make these Strat unique, most notably the satin-finished, narrow C-shape maple neck, which has a nice flat profile, wide-radius board, (9.5"), making it a dream to play – especially for anyone with smaller hands. Other features include the lightweight, vintage-routed Ash body in Bonnies own favorite color Blueburst, vintage-style large headstock, tuners and bridge/tremolo. Five-way selector switch, 22 medium-jumbo frets, original whammy, and the Texas Special pickups are a Custom Bridge Antiquity and Texas Hot Strat Antiquities in the neck & middle. This perfect collectors guitar from the first year (1995) in mint condition comes with original tweed case and all the case-candies!
